Deposits:
* Deposit will be credited to the last night of the reservation.
* $375.00 deposit with each week's reservation.
* $175.00 deposit for 2-night stay
* $50.00 service charge on all cancellations
One night stays require weekend rates, always, and are subject to payment in full two weeks prior to arrival, and are subject to availability.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
* 60-day notice required for refund.
* $50.00 service charge on all cancellations.
Cancellation within 30 days, refund only if we are able to fill the entire cancellation. No other refunds possible. Due to our small size and remoteness, cancellations significantly affect us. To avoid any misunderstanding, you will be charged for the days you reserve. Please check your dates carefully.
Pet Policy:
We prefer that you leave them at home. If this is not possible, there is a $15/day or $75/week for each pet. Pets are NOT allowed in the Cedar Haus, only in cabins. They must not be left alone or allowed on furniture or beds. They must be under control at all times. Noisy pets will be asked to leave.
